This is an opportunity to join our team as a full-time clinician (at leas 65 appts.\/mo.). We currently have seven clinicians and are looking to add another. We are interested in a licensed clinician who is flexible and self-motivated, willing to work primarily with children and some adults. We have a great team, steady referrals and a wonderful office manager who assists with scheduling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Benefits and Pay<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n -Compensation is based on collections and may range depending on your caseload and schedule. Realistic estimation can range from $50,000 to $75,000 with a full caseload (65 \u2013 100 appointments per mo.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Retirement contribution company match up to 3% of your total earnings<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Receptionist to assist with scheduling and intake<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Flexibility in creating and maintaining your own schedule. Most clinicians schedule a 3-4 day work week and maintain their required caseload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Quality office space and location<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Assistance with enrollment and credentialing with insurance companies<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Consultation meetings to staff cases and team trainings that count toward your required CEs<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Professional training stipend<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Professional licensure reimbursement<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Covered by professional liability insurance<\/p>\n\n\n\n -NHSC Eligible site<\/p>\n\n\n\n Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n -Providing quality psychotherapy\/counseling services<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Maintaining a caseload of at least 16 client appointments per week (avg. 65\/month). This is the minimum, though most clinicians keep a caseload to support 100+ appointments\/month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Charting notes in a timely manner (24 hrs from time of service)<\/p>\n\n\n\n -The intake process including assessing, diagnoses, and ability to work with Electronic Health Records systems to document and input required information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Answering referrals and inquiries for counseling services in a timely manner (within 48 hours)<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Scheduling and following up with clients in a timely manner<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Attend staffing and collaboration meetings when scheduled (usually monthly)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Licensure in the state of Montanta<\/p>\n\n\n\n Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n -2+ years of experience as a licensed practitioner<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Ability to work with children<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Self-motivated<\/p>\n\n\n\n Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pay: $50,000.00 \u2013 $75,000.00 per year<\/p>\n\n\n\n Benefits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n License\/Certification:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Work Location: In person and Tele-health<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" We are currently hiring for licensed psychotherapists.
