Would you like to work in private practice without the added stress of administration, billing, and management allowing you to focus on providing quality care? Would you like to have a strong team to work with and provide consultation and a great positive atmosphere?
This is an opportunity to join our team as a full-time clinician (at leas 65 appts./mo.). We currently have seven clinicians and are looking to add another. We are interested in a licensed clinician who is flexible and self-motivated, willing to work primarily with children and some adults. We have a great team, steady referrals and a wonderful office manager who assists with scheduling.
Benefits and Pay
-Compensation is based on collections and may range depending on your caseload and schedule. Realistic estimation can range from $50,000 to $75,000 with a full caseload (65 – 100 appointments per mo.).

-Receptionist to assist with scheduling and intake
-Flexibility in creating and maintaining your own schedule. Most clinicians schedule a 3-4 day work week and maintain their required caseload.

Duties
-Providing quality psychotherapy/counseling services
-Maintaining a caseload of at least 16 client appointments per week (avg. 65/month). This is the minimum, though most clinicians keep a caseload to support 100+ appointments/month.
-Charting notes in a timely manner (24 hrs from time of service)
-The intake process including assessing, diagnoses, and ability to work with Electronic Health Records systems to document and input required information.
-Answering referrals and inquiries for counseling services in a timely manner (within 48 hours)
-Scheduling and following up with clients in a timely manner
-Attend staffing and collaboration meetings when scheduled (usually monthly)
Requirements
Licensure in the state of Montanta
Preferred
-2+ years of experience as a licensed practitioner
-Ability to work with children
-Self-motivated

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
